Terms and Conditions

Vaccinations: All rabbits boarding at CPC must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD), and VHD2 which is a seperate vaccine.  This must be done at least 3 weeks prior to boarding. We will not board any un-vaccinated rabbits. Proof must be provided; for example a receipt ,note from your vet, or vaccination card.

Neutering/Spaying: It is recommended to neuter or spay your rabbits or guinea-pigs to prevent any unnecessary stress to your pets and to other boarders.

Illness: We will refuse to board any animal showing signs of a contagious illness.

Vets: In the event of a pet needing vet treatment, the owner will be notified and treatment will be sought. Any vet bills must be paid by the owner to the vet.

Common illnesses/afflictions: Any common affliction, such as flystrike, diarrhoea,bordatella, or gut stasis cannot be 100% guaranteed against. However, any and all attempts will be made to avoid these.

Feeding: Please supply your pets' dry food. This is prevent digestion problems such as gut stasis. Fresh food such as hay and greens will be provided. Only food your pet is used to will be given.

Aggression: Please be aware that this business is run from a family home including males and females. If your animal is frequently aggressive to people they will be banned from further boarding.

Payment: A £10.00 non-refundable deposit must be made to secure your booking (only applies to bookings made from 22/01/2022). Your quoted payment for boarding must be paid before or on drop-off.

Uncollected Pet: In the event of a pet(s) not being collected a week after the stated pick-up date, we reserve the right to re-home the pet in question. Please notify us if you will be picking up your pet later than planned.
